It is annoying that you have charged for an add on that was forced onto my machine as an update to the free antivirus. I would like to have a refund of the 54.11 that was charged to my account.

The laptop upon which I used your product has not been used since November 2016 and the computer I now use is protected by another Security provider. DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES Unauthorized Transaction, Refund Request There was an unauthorized chrage on my account that says DRI*AVG TECHNOLOGIES. It is still pending but I did not allow this transaction.

This was not an authorized charge. Please note that I did not wish to renew my subscription and I request that AVG refund my payment in full at the very earliest opportunity. As you have enrolled for trial subscription for AVG Internet Security Unlimited with an automatic renewal enabled, you got charged 3 days before the expiry date of the trial subscription.
