Reema Gurung and Perbes Sharma from NBBDC had bagged the First Prize and Sundar Nepal and Rinisha Subba from Harkamaya B.Ed college secured the Second position.

Inter-collegiate policy debate is a form of speech competition involving two teams of two debaters from different colleges or universities based on a resolution phrased as something the United States federal government "should" do. Each team must register themselves for the Inter College Debate Competition by 5th September, 2019 with the Registration form and send the scanned copy of their completed registration form to ‘debate@gitarattan.edu.in’. SPACE India is organizing this Competition for the associated school students in order to motivate them to overcome stage fear and showcase their talents.
