The Wyoming State Geological Survey (WSGS) has developed an interactive map that will provide researchers and the general public an opportunity to view multiple geospatial datasets relating to the geology of Yellowstone National Park.. In the 1990s the internet enabled the distribution of maps online, and the economics of map distribution (and the ability to sell certain types of maps) were changed forever.
